An HVAC Service Technician is responsible for setting up, repairing, diagnosis, trouble shooting and the maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for an organization or its customers. The company provides opportunities for continual training and gaining additional experience in the industry.
- Responsible for servicing and repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
- Responsible for reading blueprints to diagnosis, troubleshoot, analyze and locate the malfunction on the HVAC Unit
- Be able to replace the defective or worn parts and then make any necessary adjustments.
- Provide suggestions for increased energy efficiency and setting controls to determine that a system is working properly.
- Install and / or assist in the installation of HVAC equipment when needed.
- Responsible for meeting the customer’s needs and providing excellent positive customer service.
- Responsible for meeting quarterly goals
- Customer focused to provide positive experiences.
- Minimum (2) years of service experience in the HVAC industry
- CFC/EPA Certificate required.
- NATE Certified is preferred but not required.
- Need to have a good driving record, with no more than 2 points on your license.
- Ability to have good communication skills used for both the customer and co-workers.
- Must be Self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be a team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Willing to cross train others.
- Must be flexible with work hours, will be responsible to be part of an On Call rotation.
An HVAC Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for customers. To be successful in role learning, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. The company provides opportunities for continual training and gaining additional experience in the industry.
- Responsible for the removal and/or installation of HVAC systems (including some duct work)
- Responsible for the startup equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
- Organized and detailed oriented to be able to effectively plan the job, navigate and overcome obstacles
- Responsible for being the lead team member on the jobsite with an Installation Assistant
- Required to produce premium quality work in a safe and timely fashion.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional courteous manner.
- Assisting with customers queries
- Be respectful to both the customer and fellow co-workers.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
- Complying with service standards and company procedures
- 2 years minimum experience in the HVAC industry
- Proven communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Cross train into other areas of HVAC
- Continual learning to further skills and gain certifications in the HVAC field
- Flexible with work hours to accommodate the customers’ needs.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Have or obtain a DOT card.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging issues that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Office environment is run by one person and responsible for the daily activity of the office.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and handle their requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with any questions regarding their accounts.
- Resolve any complaints by working with other departments to satisfy the customer promptly.
- Researching any customer problems and performing any adjustments to correct the problem.
- Receiving payment on accounts in person and by telephone
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Tracking and recording problem calls.
- Contacting customers to update information and look for opportunities to better serve our customers’ needs.
- Make outbound calls as needed for specific initiatives for customer base.
- Proven communication and customer service skills
