Alan D. conducted a thorough inspection of our HVAC system, including the mini-split unit in the cabana. As usual, he arrived on time, went right to work and paid attention to every component in our dual unit system. He explained the result of his review to my complete satisfaction.
Nathan was our technician today. He is always on time. He calls to give us a heads up that he is just about here. He’s professional and friendly and extremely helpful with advice about our unit. Very pleased with the service he provides when they maintenance the unit once a year.
Leroy was professional right from the start by calling and letting me know he was on his way. He performed the maintenance on my heat pump and gave me lots of informative feedback on the system and recommended some items I should install for safety reasons, with no pressure, and a reasonable estimate too.
We had Comfort Plus Services reroute our main water shut off valve from crawl space to laundry room. Colton and Austin did an awesome job! We were very pleased overall from scheduling the free estimate to scheduling the job.
