Your inspection will include the following items along with a detailed recommendation:

1. Visually inspect indoor evaporator coil if accessible
2. Visually Inspect condenser coil
3. Visually inspect venting condensation
4. Inspect condensate drain and condensate pump
5. Monitor compressor for proper amperage, volt draw and all wiring connections
6. Inspect safety devices visual external condition
7. Inspect furnace flame for proper burner operation and combustion
8. Inspect electrical system for exposed wiring
9. Inspect fan blades
10. Visually Inspect duct work for potential energy loss
11. Measure temperature for difference of supply_____ & return_____ air ducts
12. Inspect service valves for proper operation
13. Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
14. Test and inspect capacitors
15. Inspect contactors for burned or pitted contacts
16. Check operation of the thermostat by cycling the system in the Heat and A/C modes
